Architecture shaped around people, place and purpose

A graduate of Bangalore Institute of Technology, Rajesh Shivaram is the Principal Architect of Techno Architecture and brings over two decades of professional experience to the practice. He leads the studio with a focus on design excellence, innovation, and careful execution, combining creativity with comfort, practicality, and environmental responsibility.

Directs luxury residential and mixed-use commissions, integrating passive climate strategies, volumetric daylighting, and monolithic structural coordination.

Specializes in contemporary spatial sequencing, climate-responsive building envelopes, and vernacular masonry detailing from concept to handover.

Coordinates multidisciplinary studio operations, client partnerships, and design execution standards across architecture and interior commissions.

Bridges architectural schematics with on-site structural reality, supervising MEP integration, vendor fabrication reviews, and strict construction tolerances.

Directs spatial curation, bespoke millwork, acoustic textures, artisanal lighting schemes, and luxury residential interior fit-outs.

Spearheads Building Information Modeling, digital clash detection, structural coordination, and comprehensive tender documentation.

Focuses on residential masterplanning, internal courtyard microclimates, and sustainable material assemblies with sensitivity to site contours.

Develops precise architectural working drawings, structural interface details, and oversees site execution quality compliance.

Focuses on parametric solar shading facades, computational geometry, daylight simulations, and contemporary envelope detailing.

Translates architectural narratives into crafted living spaces, emphasizing ergonomic joinery, bespoke hardware, and tailored finishes.

Leads research in passive cooling techniques, vernacular materials, and low-carbon construction systems across the studio's portfolio.

Specializes in contemporary residential detailing, structural steel junctions, and continuous indoor-outdoor spatial connections.

Curates holistic interior environments, custom furniture design, and tactile color and textile palettes aligned with architectural concepts.

Coordinates schematic design iterations, 3D spatial studies, statutory compliance packages, and client presentations.

Specializes in natural stone curation, artisanal metalwork, customized lighting fixtures, and sensory surface finishes.

Directs digital spatial modeling, daylight rendering, and evocative 3D visual storytelling for client reviews and design iterations.

Integrates native micro-habitats, rainwater percolation channels, and biophilic landscape zones within architectural footprints.

Focuses on comprehensive architectural working drawings, structural coordination, and periodic site inspection for private residences.

Contributes to early-stage concept development, space planning studies, and physical and digital presentation graphics.

Oversees site progress benchmarks, material mockup evaluations, and architectural detail fidelity throughout construction.

Develops spatial layout schemes, moodboards, and material compositions, supporting project architects across residential projects.

Creates atmospheric lighting renderings, realistic material shaders, and architectural animations to visualize design proposals.
